- Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. You can add as many as you like.
- What do I need to run it?
- A Mac with macOS 26 or later.
- Does Spotless read or store my mail on its servers?
- No. Spotless has no mail server. Your mail goes directly between Google and your Mac. See the privacy policy.
- How do I remove Spotless's access to my Google account?
- Sign out of the account in Spotless (press ⌘K, then "Sign out of this account"). You can also remove access on your Google Account connections page.
- Can Spotless delete my mail by mistake?
- Spotless cannot delete mail permanently. The worst case is a conversation in Trash, and Z undoes your last action.
- I lost my license key.
- Email support@spotlessmail.com from the address you used to buy Spotless, and we will send it again.
